Is it the defeat of your desires,
Or the spell of wasted dreams,
The disarray of life,
Or a word of mourning
For the era of current & bygone
And for the presence of individuals!
Or a blow to your striving and will,
Or the name of expressing that cowardice
Which you do not acknowledge?
What is “if only” to the failed heart?
Let this sigh ignite a passion,
Let it freshen every wound once more,
And freshness is the name of joy.
