Concealed within the earth’s depths
Lie countless secrets,
But the torments that befell human
Take on diverse forms.
The night of darkness has reigned
Since the dawn of time
Those scorched by the light
Serve as distinct lessons.
Sometimes pierced by arrows,
Sometimes crushed by catapults,
But those who rained fire upon Hiroshima
Are a different breed.
This seems like a conspiracy of fate,
For those yet to come from the tribe of Cain
Are different people!
I saw a trembling reflection by the water’s edge,
Those who drowned beneath the waves
Are different stories!
