Çebiţi: A Traditional Turkish Dish

 The liquid level should sufficiently cover about halfway up the vegetables.

Bake

  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven.

  • This typically takes around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the vegetables and the oven temperature.

Serve Çebiti
