The Paradox of Human Existence Needs Positivity: Blessed by the Divine, Harmed by Each Other

Life as a Blessing

We as humans see life as very blessed. God made us a unique piece of His creation. Earth is so friendly to us; the environment, nature—everything is beautiful. Despite all these blessings, we suffer in life. For many, it is very hard; they are not happy here.

The Struggles We Face

Everyone is struggling here, and most people say they do not want to come again in this life. Women, in particular, often express a desire not to live as women again, despite being blessed in many aspects by nature. What makes it so bad that we have such behavior toward life?

The Human Factor

Positivity

It is humans who make life difficult for others. Otherwise, the divine has blessed us. We experience harm—whether physical, professional, emotional, or otherwise—from other humans. Every human is receiving harm from other humans. Women are treated badly, leading many to wish they could live a different life if given a second chance. This is so ridiculous. We are very bad for one another. Our social system is corrupted. We have made life tough for others, leading many to feel life is a calamity due to others’ acts. We have made life complex. On emotional grounds, we cheat, trap, and become toxic to others.

The Big Questions

  • Why do we do this to each other?
  • Is it because we’re unaware of the impact of our actions?
  • Or is it because we’re too caught up in our own struggles to consider the consequences of our behavior?

Human beings are capable of incredible kindness and compassion, yet we also have a propensity for causing harm and suffering to others. This paradox is evident in various aspects of life, from personal relationships to global conflicts.

Factors Contributing to Harm

  • Emotional manipulation and exploitation
  • Lack of empathy and understanding
  • Social and cultural norms perpetuating harm
  • Personal biases and prejudices
  • Unaddressed trauma and pain

Our Role

  • We are all contributors to this issue, either actively or passively.
  • Our individual actions, choices, and behaviors have a ripple effect on those around us.

Recommendations

  • Self-reflection and awareness: Recognize your own emotions, biases, and actions.
  • Empathy and compassion: Put yourself in others’ shoes and try to understand their struggles.
  • Effective communication: Practice active listening and clear expression.
  • Boundary setting: Establish and respect healthy boundaries.
  • Education and learning: Expand your knowledge and understanding of different perspectives.
  • Accountability and consequences: Establish consequences for harmful behavior.

Call to Action (CTA)

  • Let’s take responsibility for our actions and work towards creating a more harmonious world. Start by:
  • Reflecting on your own behavior and its impact on others
  • Practicing empathy and compassion in your daily interactions
  • Engaging in open and honest communication
  • Supporting initiatives promoting positive change

Together, we can break the cycle of harm and suffering. Share your thoughts, experiences, and recommendations in the comments below.
