Inequalities, a weight we bear
A social construct, hard to share
Economic disparities, a gap so wide
Leaves some behind, while others reside
In privilege and power, a few take hold
While marginalized voices are left to grow old
Systemic injustices, a cycle to break
Requires collective action, for equality’s sake
Racial inequalities, a wound so deep
Generational trauma, a legacy to keep
Gender inequalities, a glass ceiling high
Limits potential, and asks us to wonder why
Educational inequalities, a chance denied
Limits opportunities and futures divide
Healthcare inequalities, a life-or-death fate
Highlights disparities, in a system that waits
Let’s confront these inequalities, head-on
And work toward justice, until the dawn
Of a new era, where all can thrive
And equality’s promise is a reality alive
